The Eastern Swing

"The Eastern Swing a.k.a (also known as) Bop, Lindy, Shag, Rock 'n Roll, Jitterbug, Jive, Black Bottom, The Step, Push Pull, and the list goes on and on. It is the fun American dance, like apple pie and Chevrolet (greetings Lawrence). It is characterized with a 'shuffling action' of the feet. Great exercise and lots of fun to watch ;-)"
